 So let’s say you haven’t backed up your data.

Of course, you meant to, but just haven’t gotten around to it. Now the computer has crashed and your taxes are due. Now what???

If the computer is toast, but the hard drive is still intact, we can pull the drive out of your tower or laptop and retrieve your documents with our equipment. Your data can be placed onto CD/DVDs or onto an external drive. It will be ready to go for your new computer or any alternate you have access to.

Unfortunately, this service is becoming more necessary every day. As computers become cheaper, they are more likely to fail. Maybe you press the power button and nothing happens or you receive an error called “unmountable boot volume.” Luckily, all is not lost. Of course, always remember the first rule of computer maintenance:

Backup, Backup, Backup.
